The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, You Will
* Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Prepare and enter customer orders into internal systems
* Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
* Coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations
