As a Used Car Reconditioning Specialist, you will play a vital role in preparing quality pre-owned vehicles for sale. Your attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential in ensuring our safety, performance and presentation standards are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Completing mechanical inspections, diagnostics and repairs on used vehicles
* Carrying out reconditioning work efficiently and to a high standard
* Identifying and communicating additional repair needs to the Service Team
* Conducting road tests to confirm vehicle condition
* Maintaining accurate job records and adhering to compliance processes
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
* Certificate III in Automotive (Light Vehicle) or equivalent Trade Qualified
* Previous experience in a dealership or reputable workshop (used car reconditioning experience highly regarded)
* Minimum 5+ years of automotive experience in dealership or workshop environment
* Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising standards
