We are expanding our workforce to support active rail infrastructure works across the Southwest corridor.
This opportunity provides structured, project-based engagement with clear forward planning and the potential for long-term placement within the program.
Engagement Pathways
We are currently offering:
* Ongoing Casual Full-Time Engagements
* 3-Month Fixed-Term Contracts (with extension potential)
* 6-Month Project Contracts (extendable based on programme requirements)
Standard roster is Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts per day, with occasional weekend works depending on programme demands.
Workforce allocation is aligned to structured 4-week look-ahead scheduling.
Project Scope
Electrical works within controlled rail environments may include:
* Commercial and infrastructure electrical installations
* Cable installation, glanding and terminations
* Equipment mounting and final fit-off
* Support with testing and energisation activities
* Assisting commissioning teams when required
All works are delivered under site supervision within regulated rail corridors.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must hold:
* NSW Unrestricted Electrical Licence
* Valid RIW Card
* Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC)
* Rail Medical Category 3
* Working at Heights
* EWP / Scissor Lift High Risk Licence
* White Card
Preferred:
* Current First Aid & CPR
