Role Description
This is a part time or casual role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring farmer, agronomist, and corporate customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service to address their concerns and queries promptly. The role also involves collaborating and interacting with the Data Science and software development teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
