About the Role
At selectability-mental-wellbeing-and-suicide-prevention, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Child and Family Care team. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the General Manager of Child and Family Care.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, vehicle, and meeting room bookings.
* Compile and prepare data reports to inform decision-making.
* Support Child and Family Care projects through effective project coordination.
* Record minutes for Child and Family Care meetings to ensure accurate documentation.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and printing.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

About the Offer
The Administration Officer - Child and Family Care is a permanent part-time or full-time position based in Townsville, Queensland.
