* Projects ranging from $1M – $15M
THE ROLE
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from site establishment through to handover.
* Manage all day‐to‐day site operations
* Coordinate and oversee all trades and subcontractors
* Drive programme, quality, and safety outcomes
* Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks & reporting
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
YOU
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman
* Proof of experience delivering fitout projects $3M - $8M
* MUST have experience overseeing all trades on site
* Carpentry background highly regarded (not essential)
* Strong leadership and ability to manage & motivate teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving ability
* Experience delivering projects for blue‐chip clients
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
