About the Opportunity We’ve got an exciting role for someone who loves helping people and solving problems! You’ll be looking after a portfolio of strata insurance claims from start to finish — that means keeping things moving, supporting clients, and making sure everyone’s in the loop along the way. This role can be done from any major city in Australia. Salary: Up to $75,000 Super (With potential to move into External role starting at $90k) What We’re Looking For A friendly communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone and talking things through. Someone who’s organised, reliable, and good at juggling tasks. Great attention to detail — you notice the little things others might miss. Previous experience in insurance or strata claims would be awesome. (Property insurance Essential/ Strata desirable. A general understanding of insurance terms and processes is a bonus — but we’ll help you learn the ropes if you’re new to it. ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing Managing your own portfolio of strata claims via desktop (from start to finish). Supporting policyholders and keeping them updated throughout the process. Reviewing claim forms, policy details, and documents to figure out what’s covered. Investigating claims — analysing details, reviewing reports, and making sense of the evidence. Organising and liaising with trades. Keeping claim reserves accurate and up to date. Preparing clear reports that summarise what’s going on. Settling claims fairly and efficiently once everything’s ready to go.
