This ASX-listed organisation is seeking a Senior Reward Specialist to own the design and delivery of performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand. Working in a small, highly collaborative team, this is a rare opportunity to take full accountability for the reward portfolio, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making. About The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will:
* Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
* Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
* Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
* Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Reward or Remuneration & Benefits professional who thrives on detail, data integrity and stakeholder engagement.
You Will Bring
* Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is "board-ready."
* Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
* ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
