IT Security Program Manager

Overview
The IT Security Program Manager is a critical role in the organization's security posture. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing complex cybersecurity projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define, plan, track, and manage technology projects to meet assigned objectives.
2. Identify key resources and provide direction for their utilization.
3. Develop strategic milestones, metrics, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
4. Manage communications across stakeholders, vendors, network, engineering, operations teams, and application owners impacted by the program.
5. Develop and lead complex technical project plans to deploy critical cybersecurity controls into production.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Cyber Security.
2. 5-8 years' experience in cybersecurity and managing complex cybersecurity projects and programs.
3. Experience in design, development, and implementation of highly scalable software systems and components.
4. Excellent project management skills, strong communications and collaboration skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar.
2. Working knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, and financial management.
