The Opportunity
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an outstanding leader to drive the performance and expansion of our Engineering Services division. Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager – Engineering Services will provide leadership across multiple engineering disciplines and play a central role in achieving Advitech's strategic growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to all engineering disciplines.
* Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new work and client relationships.
* Lead operational and commercial performance, including revenue, margin, resourcing, and project delivery.
* Mentor and develop discipline leads and senior engineers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
* Oversee governance, risk, quality, and compliance across engineering functions.
* Support business development, quality, performance and staff development strategies.
* Represent Advitech at industry forums, events, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
* Degree in engineering with extensive (10+ years) experience in consulting or complex technical environments.
* Proven capability in developing new business, building client relationships, and expanding market presence.
* Strong financial, operational, and project management acumen.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Chartered or Registered Engineer status (highly regarded).
* Current unrestricted driver's licence (motor vehicle).
