Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and customer liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling workflow
* Customer Liaison
* Purchasing materials
* Data Entry and delivery of paperwork
* Drafting and providing quotes
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors for work orders
* Participating in meetings when required
* General administrative tasks
* Customer service reports
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience in fast-paced administration or similar role (1-2 years desired)
* Experience with Microsoft or Google Suite
* Demonstrated customer service skills and experience (essential)
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong and positive working relationships
* Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced and productive environment
* A strong team player who also has an ability to work autonomously
* A professional attitude and approach
Benefits:
This is a casual position offering a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will be required to commute or relocate to Nowra NSW.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred) and Administration (1 year preferred).
