Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, establishing and developing regional market share, and meeting established sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as previous experience with CRM systems. A valid driver's license is also required.
This role involves daily travel to assigned geographic territories, as well as occasional overnight travel for sales meetings and training. The Sales Account Manager will work in a professional home office and will use standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute sales strategy and meet established sales goals
* Establish and develop regional market share
* Actively prospect for new customers and establish buying cycles
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate sales information and coordinate bid activity
* Provide onsite customer support and implement vending services
* Manage and provide service to all existing and newly established customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the Sales Account Manager will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High School degree or GED equivalent
* Minimum 0-5 years of sales experience in safety distribution, industrial distribution, or MRO industries
* Demonstrated record of success growing, managing, and maintaining a substantial client base
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Previous experience with CRM systems
* Valid driver's license

This full-time, salaried exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $76,000-$126,900 per year. Benefits include:
