We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, with experience in delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting business objectives.
The role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and strong influencing skills.
* Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
* Execute formal RFPs, evaluate bids, and present award recommendations to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and strategic spend management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
* 10+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
* Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives and global supplier engagements.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
