Project Services Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Services Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of Project Controls. This includes managing the Manila PSG, developing personnel through individual development programs, planning and scheduling resources, aligning staff composition and skills with project requirements, supporting business development activities, collaborating with senior management, and implementing auditing of policies and procedures.
* This role involves overseeing Contract Administration, Cost Estimating & Management, Site Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, and Materials Handling.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, allocating resources effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* In addition to these key responsibilities, this role requires travel as needed to meet business and operational requirements.
