What You'll Do
* Perform phlebotomy across inpatient and outpatient settings
* Support specimen reception and clinical pathology workflows
* Undertake courier and laboratory support duties between sites
* Maintain competency in specimen collection procedures
* Contribute to staff training and education activities
* Participate in rostered shifts across a seven-day service
* Support quality and accreditation activities
* Assist in maintaining efficient laboratory operations
About You
* Has experience in phlebotomy or specimen collection services
* Has knowledge of specimen reception or clinical pathology processes
* Can communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
* Can prioritise workloads and work independently when required
* Has strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Can participate in shift, weekend and public holiday rosters
