Job Description:

* Prepare meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits and meeting dietary needs.
* Administer medication reminders, ensuring clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
* Transport clients to appointments, social events, and other activities, enhancing their mobility and connection to the community.
Requirements:
* Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Basic life support training and certification in CPR/AED required.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
* Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
