Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of ~5 recruiters and 5–6 resourcers
Drive BD, client partnerships, and strategic growth
Manage your own 360 desk across logistics, transport, manufacturing, and warehousing
Coach and onboard recruiters, supporting desk growth and performance
Influence operations, performance, and commercial outcomes
Partner with leadership on succession planning and long-term strategy

About You
Experienced 360 recruiter or billing manager with strong BD capability
Background in logistics, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, or labour hire
Confident people leader with coaching ability and commercial acumen
Operationally minded with ambition for senior leadership
