Your New Role:

In your role as the HR Administrator, you will report to a warm natured and supportive HR Manager, with a primary focus on coordination, record maintenance and associate services. Your duties will include:


Your Main Duties:

* Assist in reviewing and drafting discussion records.
* Handle investigation scripts and outcome letters.
* Respond to employee grievances.
* Supporting managers in conducting conversations including time and attendance, behaviour and conduct.
* Adhoc HR admin duties with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

About You:

* Experience in a similar HR role is essential
* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* High level of integrity when following procedures
