What you'll be doing

The Leasing and Property Manager is responsible for strategic and operational management of The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network leased property portfolio, including building relationships with stakeholders to align with organisational objectives. This role oversees portfolio governance, including property contract reviews and management, maintenance of records for tracking of compliance and renewal requirements, budget preparation, and compliance with reporting frameworks to ensure optimal utilization of property assets and cost-effective operations.

Additionally, this role encompasses place management and activation responsibilities to enhance community engagement, foster social connections, and create vibrant, welcoming environments that support the wellbeing of patients, families, staff, and the broader community.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Has tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in property management, real estate, business, or related field with demonstrated experience in commercial contract management and strong knowledge of property legal concepts.
* Has experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with thorough understanding of relevant legislation, codes, regulations, and standards.
* Demonstrates experience in place management, community engagement, or activation programs with the ability to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance community connections and transform spaces into vibrant, welcoming environments.
