The Support Officer in Infrastructure Executive provides high level administrative, executive and systems support across the Infrastructure Division. Acting as a central point of contact for divisional processes, systems and reporting, the role supports the Executive Officer and managers to ensure consistent, compliant and efficient administration. This position coordinates division‑wide workflows, manages key registers and systems, prepares reports and documentation, and provides responsive internal customer service, helping the Division meet governance, reporting and service delivery requirements.
You Will Work With a Great Team To
* Act as the primary contact for Infrastructure staff on divisional systems, processes and reporting requirements.
* Provide executive and administrative support to the Executive Officer, including preparing briefings, agendas, minutes and managing reporting deadlines.
* Coordinate and maintain divisional registers, reports and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality standards.
* Support purchasing, procurement and financial administration processes, monitoring expenditure and processing transactions.
* Deliver specialist internal customer service and system support while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across divisional administration.
What You Will Bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or related discipline.
* Highly developed organisational, written and oral communication skills, administrative and customer service skills (to internal and external customers).
* Advanced proficiency in business related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications) and electronic document management systems.
* Apply a high level of detail when carryout work tasks.
We Would Also Love You To Have
* Knowledge of Local Government functions, in particular engineering services.
* Knowledge of WH&S and Risk Management principles.
* Certificate IV in Accounting or Finance Services or willingness to undertake.
* Basic knowledge of project management systems and processes.

$73,543

$85,470
