The Role You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help provide meaningful insights that optimize credit risk strategies and lead improvements in auto decisioning. Be challenged as you apply advanced problem solving techniques, and discuss solutions and strategy with the executives and wider business. Key responsibilities: Lead the optimisation of credit decisioning frameworks and data-driven assessment strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and risk outcomes. Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives, including digital outreach and partner-led lead generation. Align product features and marketing priorities with strategic objectives, balancing user experience with compliance and commercial performance. Manage external vendor relationships and provide leadership to a small team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your Skills & Experience Prior experience in credit strategy optimization Exceptional experience spanning 2-5 years in analytical modelling Impressive Credit Risk experience.
