This role is a remote, ANZ-based position within the ANZ Commercial Team, focused on driving sales and commercial success of Flow Cytometry products in Australia and New Zealand.We offer flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles.
This position is based in Sydney or Melbourne and may require travel as needed to support business objectives.Join a dynamic team and help turn ideas into impact by applying Danaher''s continuous improvement system to bring meaningful innovations at the speed of life.ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales growth targets for research flow cytometry instruments and reagents in ANZ by aligning with company strategies and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand and address technical and application needs and match them with the appropriate equipment.Develop and implement a territory business plan with clear strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Contribute to company financial objectives through sales, market development and marketing initiatives.Submit timely forecasts and reports; collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers, expand market coverage by engaging target customer segments, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.Attend exhibitions, organize on-site customer presentations, meetings and demonstrations, and provide portfolio support while collaborating with internal teams (applications, service, customer service, marketing, finance).
Travel as needed to support objectives and grow sales in shared accounts.The essential requirements for the job include:At least 3 years of proven strategic sales experience in the flow cytometry market with direct engagement with key opinion leaders and influential figures in the scientific community.Proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious goals, and skilled in executing strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration and results-driven change.Current driver's license and the ability to travel in ANZ and globally when required.A Science degree (or equivalent) and practical flow cytometry experience.Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with excellent written and spoken English.Desirable:Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing requirements dictated by market conditions or company goals.Additional informationBeckman Coulter Life Sciences supports a adaptable, remote-friendly workforce for eligible roles.
