About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disabilities, including:
* Personal care & daily living assistance
* In-home and community support
* Behaviour support implementation
* Community access and skill building
Shifts available: Day, Afternoon, Weekend, Sleepovers (Inactive Nights), Public Holidays.
Candidates with broader availability may be prioritised in line with participant support requirements.

Locations:
You must be willing to travel within the Blue Mountains region (including Katoomba, Springwood, Wentworth Falls, Lawson & surrounds)
Mandatory Requirements (Or willingness to obtain):
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
* Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance
* First Aid & CPR
* Working With Children Check (Paid Worker)
* National Police Check (within 3 months)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS New Worker Orientation and Induction Modules
* Full working rights in Australia
* Smartphone with internet access
Desired Experience:
* Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker
* Confidence with personal care, community access, in-home supports
