Contract Administrator Role Overview
Your new role is to join a project team as a Contract Administrator, working closely with a Senior CA and Project Manager to drive contract and financial management from start to finish.

* Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting.

* Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements.

* Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting.

* Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules.

* Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows.

* Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders.

* Contribute to overall program delivery with a focus on cost, compliance, and timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.

* Proven background working on residential or commercial projects valued at $10M+.

* Knowledge of contracts administration, cost tracking, and subcontractor management.

* Familiarity with project systems such as Cheops, Aconex, or similar.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
