Are you a strategic and hands‐on marketing professional ready to take ownership of high‐impact property development projects? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Marketing Manager role where you'll lead the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of residential and/or mixed‐use developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project marketing strategies to support campaign objectives and sales outcomes
* Coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels in line with approved marketing plans and budgets
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the sales team is equipped with up-to-date and relevant marketing materials
* Manage and coordinate events, including grand openings, buyer information nights, and VIP functions
* Review and analyse enquiry and activity reports across projects, using insights to refine and optimise marketing strategies
* Prepare and deliver reporting to key stakeholders, including investors
* Track and manage marketing expenditure against project budgets, making adjustments where required
* Conduct ongoing market and project research to support campaign effectiveness and decision‐making
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders including internal marketing, sales and development teams, as well as external agencies

Criteria
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager (or similar senior marketing) role, ideally within property development, real estate, or agency environments
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end‐to‐end marketing strategies across multiple projects or campaigns
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and investors
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience managing integrated marketing channels including digital, print, events, and brand
* Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands‐on approach and strong problem‐solving ability
