About the role
Reporting to the Finance Coordinator, this role will provide broad support to the Finance team while resources focus on a business process improvement project.
The position will be instrumental in assisting with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions.
What you'll bring to the role
High level of numeracy, clerical and bookkeeping skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Well-developed computer and Microsoft software skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of general administrative and finance procedures and practices.
Pre-employment Requirements
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
National Police Clearance (less than six months old).
Proof of right to work in Australia.
Pre-employment medical (arranged and paid for by the City).
