Our client manages commercial relationships in fresh produce globally and now has an opportunity for a Sales Support (Hybrid) position. Competitive salary on offer. This excellent role will see you accurately perform key administration functions in; sales data entry, national inventory management, purchase order updates with customers and regular communication to relevant ripening center's and packing facilities. You will be processing sales PO's and verifying retail weekly trading quotes. Responsible for national Inventory management and PO updates into data sheets and competently interpret shipping tracking sheets and stock on hand. You will also manage 3rd party customer handled product and balance physical stock takes against their system stock log and assist accounts receivables on claims investigation. High level of communication electronically and verbally is required and your quick thinking and ability to act independently is required also. You should be competent with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn quickly. Planning and forecasting as well as self-manage & task prioritising will see your success in this role. Flexible work hours are also available. Qualifications knowledge and experience you will require are 3+ years of sales support and/or sales administration experience. Experience in FMCG business.
