As a Customer Service Officer, you're the hero of the customer experience, your day revolves around making their day better! Here's what makes this role great:

Your schedule? Rostered start times between 8:15am and 9:45am, latest finish at 6pm. Lunch and breaks are rostered, and if you work a non-national public holiday, you'll get time in lieu. During probation, you'll be in the office 5 days a week to set you up for success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Picture this: It's Monday morning, you walk into our Abbotsford office, grab a coffee, and dive into managing 200+ shared tickets via Freshdesk. You'll:
* Process orders (from 1 SKU to 50 SKUs)
* Take calls and solve customer challenges on the spot
* Be the bridge between customers, sales, and warehouses
* Supporting customers with our online ordering platform, Winesource
* Handle returns and credits
* Outbound calling customers
* Occasionally greet visitors when the receptionist is away

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're a confident communicator and a great listener who's not afraid to approach any stakeholder. You'll also bring:
* MS Suite skills (Excel basics at least)
* Customer service experience (phone or face-to-face)
* Attention to detail (show us in your CV and cover letter!)
* An interest in wine and/or WSET L1 qualified
