Job Description

Journey Early Learning In partnership with your Centre Leadership Team, you will lead your team on the path to Exceeding through your practices and partnerships.

Responsibilities

* Be the Centre Manager at Journey Early Learning Millner, Nightcliff, Durack or Durack Heights.
* Lead the centre's performance in partnership with the Centre Performance Manager.
* Work collaboratively with the enrolments team to ensure enquiries are addressed appropriately and positively.
* Develop and maintain strong, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with all families to ensure they feel a sense of belonging and connection to the centre.
* Develop strong community relationships and a strong community profile.
* Ensure the centre demonstrates exceeding levels of practice as outlined in the National Quality Standard.

Qualifications

* ACECQA approved and recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification.
* A minimum of two years of full-time experience in a similar role.
* Approved State Specific
* Working with Children Check and Verification

Salary & Application

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
