Bookkeeping/Accounts, Administration and Sales Support Officer
Complete Roof Plumbing specialises in the installation, repair and maintenance of all roof plumbing requirements, to the Perth market and has done so for nearly a decade. The role is based in Willetton in a well fitted out office in a working warehouse.
We have a vacancy for a permanent fulltime Booking/Accounts, Administration and Sales Support Officer, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
The role is responsible for providing a bookkeeping/accounts, administration and sales support service to the Company and its customers. The role will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and quotes and will be responsible for the processing of all orders and bookings in a timely and efficient manner. The role will also be responsible for managing the stock lifecycle process.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist in providing and managing all administration and sales support.
* To provide a bookkeeping and accounts service and must be able to come in and hit the ground running.
* To be collate and processing payroll.
* To assist in responding to customer enquiries via text, email and telephone and, to provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their job.
* To assist in arranging all site visits, the scheduling of jobs and, to assist with the drafting and preparation of all sales quotes.
* To assist in the resolution of customer queries.
* To assist with all administration tasks and to provide an administration service to the business, as required.
* To assist in managing the stock lifecycle process including the review of stock levels, the ordering of stock as well as ensuring there are sufficient stock levels ready for use.
* To assist in developing sales spreadsheets and keeping these up to date.
* To organise and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system.
Key Skills and Experience Required
* Three to five years' experience in a similar role or similar duties is essential.
* Five years' experience in accounts and bookkeeping is essential as this is the only role in the company carrying out the finance tasks.
* Experience with Xero is essential.
* Experience in processing payroll is essential.
* Strong customer service and administration skills as well as experience of liaising with external customers.
* Experience of managing and communicating with sub-contractors.
* Experience with warehouse and stock management desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven ability to multi-task with strong time management and the ability to manage competing demands.
* Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team.
* Possess the ability to work under pressure at times and achieve deadlines to meet customer expectations.
* Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
* A positive and proactive attitude, solid work ethic and a passion for customer service.
