This leadership role is responsible for managing change communication and engagement activities to support the implementation of a large capital works program. The main objectives of this role include developing internal materials for the program, coordinating change messaging and communications, and designing and implementing change communication activities.
* This involves managing communication and engagement activities, including developing internal materials for the program, distributing internal transformation communications, and evaluating their effectiveness. Identifying communication and engagement needs, sourcing information for analysis, overseeing report production, and creating internal communication material are also key tasks.
* This position requires experience leading change communications and engagement on a project or program in a large complex public sector organisation, as well as high-level written and verbal communication skills. The ability to write quickly and accurately, manage risk and issues, and think strategically is essential.
Experience in producing content for digital services and social media, publishing it in these channels, is necessary. In-depth knowledge of best practice approaches and frameworks in transformation communication and engagement is also necessary. Understanding of change management and project management methodology, business integration processes, and strategies is required.
