Let's Talk About Work That Actually Means Something
If you love turning data into stories, solving complex problems, and helping teams make smarter decisions, this could be the opportunity for you.
At Trilogy Care, we help older Australians stay independent and in control of their lives through self-managed care. That means supporting them to make their own choices, their way.
As we grow, we're investing in analytics to power better decisions across every part of the business, and we're looking for three new Data Analysts to join our data team while being embedded within the Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments to drive insight where it matters most.
This isn't aged care the way it used to be. We're building something better, and we'd love your help.
Positions Available
We're hiring three Data Analysts to help shape data-driven decisions across Trilogy Care.
You'll join one of our department analytics teams, Finance, Marketing, or Operations – depending on your experience and interests.
Across all three, you'll use our modern tech stack (AWS, Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, Metabase) to transform data into insights that drive smarter planning, better client outcomes, and stronger business performance.
You'll work closely with business leaders, understand their data needs, and turn raw information into actionable insight.
What You'll Do
* Partner with departmental stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, or Operations) to understand reporting and analysis needs.
* Build, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and data models in Databricks, SQL, and Power BI.
* Provide ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Identify and implement opportunities for data process optimisation and automation.
* Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable, well-structured data pipelines.
* Drive adoption of a data-driven culture across your department – helping teams make confident, evidence-based decisions.
How You Will Succeed
* You communicate complex insights clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
* You design analytics that solve real business problems – not just produce numbers.
* You build trust and influence through clarity, accuracy, and collaboration.
* You use data to spark smarter conversations about performance, improvement, and impact.
What You Will Bring
* 4+ years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
* Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
* Strong SQL and Python skills, and experience using BI tools (Power BI, Databricks AI/BI, Metabase, or similar).
* Familiarity with cloud data environments (AWS preferred).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* (For Finance roles) Understanding of financial and accounting metrics.
* (For Marketing roles) Knowledge of marketing performance analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution).
* (For Operations roles) Experience analysing service performance, workforce efficiency, or process optimisation.
Why Trilogy Care?
* Hybrid flexibility once established, with the freedom to balance in-office collaboration and focused work from home.
* Expansive new King Street office with excellent facilities, close to public transport, cafes, and restaurants.
* Vibrant business & team culture with regular social events.
* Ongoing training workshops and support from Learning & Development, peers, and managers.
* Career progression opportunities across departments.
* Access to Fitness Passport and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family.
* Employee discounts on groceries, fuel, utilities, and more.
