Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and cleanliness.
* Support clinical staff in delivering patient care and treatment, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
* Safely transport patients and goods in accordance with regulations, maintaining a focus on patient safety.
* Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules to uphold hygiene standards within the centre.
* Participate in service planning and quality improvement projects, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Candidate Requirements:
A commitment to supporting Aboriginal Community Control principles is essential for this role. Ideal candidates will possess effective communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
The following qualifications would be highly desirable: health-related experience; Certificate II or III in Health Support Services or similar qualification;
current National Police Clearance; C class WA Drivers Licence; Passenger Transport Driving (PTD) Licence.
