**Position Overview**
The incumbent of this position must be client-focused, have excellent attention to detail, and possess relevant experience working in HR in a Commonwealth Public Service agency or department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ownership of the HR general enquiries mailbox including allocating tasks to the HR Officers.
* Supervising and assisting with workload management of the HR Officers across their day-to-day duties.
* Providing first-level technical advice to stakeholders and escalating exceptional queries to the relevant Executive level HR employee.
* Preparing Individual Flexibility Agreements and Determinations issued under the Public Service Act 1999.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated human resource experience relevant to a Commonwealth Public Service agency or department.
* Ability to effectively manage a large workload within a fast-paced environment, including monitoring that of a small team to ensure continually changing deadlines are met.
* Interpersonal skills with an ability to interpret situations and escalate issues, as needed.
