Infrastructure Canberra is responsible for leading and supporting the procurement and delivery of the ACT Government’s infrastructure programs. We deliver infrastructure for the Canberra community, improving our liveability, enabling a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable city. Within Infrastructure Canberra, the Transport and Civil Infrastructure Division is responsible for the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects for the people of Canberra. A dedicated team within the agency, led by the Executive Group Manager progresses activities on behalf of the ACT Government. Reporting to the Director, Project Governance and Administration, the Assistant Director, Project Governance ensures project governance functions run smoothly within the Division, including providing secretariat functions for Project Governance meetings, preparing complex forms of government reporting, actioning Freedom of Information requests, and creating and maintaining project governance documentation. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Demonstrated working knowledge of government business activities in a project environment will be an advantage. Experience with a Records Management system such as Objective will be an advantage. Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Management, Project Management or Public Policy will be an advantage.
