We're seeking exceptional Senior to Lead level Software Engineers to join our development team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, building, and maintaining product and platform services, and infrastructure that powers global logistics.
We offer a hybrid, flexible work environment with amazing workspace in Sydney (HQ), Melbourne, and Adelaide.

About You:
We prioritize expertise over mere checkboxes. Whether you excel in C#.NET or demonstrate mastery in other coding languages, your skills are valued. While experience in product-based projects is beneficial, we actively welcome applicants from varied professional backgrounds.
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive hands-on experience in developing large-scale services and enterprise-grade software is essential.
* Expertise in database management systems including SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB is necessary.
* An in-depth understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is essential
* Demonstrated expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of intricate software solutions, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* A proven ability to drive technical innovation and excellence within the team by advocating for best practices, code reviews, and spearheading architectural improvements
* Displays excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas.
