Sales Manager (Food & Beverage Software)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a high-growth enterprise software company specialising in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
This is a remote role, offering the unique opportunity to lead net new sales efforts across a defined geographic territory, with a focus on the Food & Beverage sector. If you're a strong closer with experience selling complex enterprise solutions and thrive in a consultative, value-based selling environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
* Drive new business revenue and achieve sales targets within an assigned territory and vertical.
* Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, targeting mid-to-large enterprise clients.
* Conduct deep-dive, consultative sales presentations of a comprehensive PLM solution suite .
* Develop strategic account plans and nurture executive-level relationships.
* Understand and analyse customer business challenges.
* Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and RFI / RFP responses .
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to align on client requirements and ensure successful handoff.
* Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences .
Qualifications :
* Minimum 5 years' experience selling PLM, ERP, MRP, CRM, or SCM software to enterprise clients.
* Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding annual quotas, including closing deals over $100,000 .
* Strong knowledge of solution selling or value-based selling methodologies.
* Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills .
* Domain expertise or significant exposure to the Food & Beverage industry .
* Proven ability to navigate and close complex solution sales cycles .
* Experience developing multi-level stakeholder relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
* Capable of working independently in a remote setting, while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
