We are looking for an Interior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The role is based in our Unanderra Office, Monday to Friday.
What you'll do
* Lead and contribute to interior design concepts across a range of project types and scales
* Translate client needs into creative yet practical design outcomes
* Develop documentation packages from concept through to delivery
* Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and other internal departments
* Stay hands-on with detailing, materials, and specifications
* Contribute to design discussions that influence projects from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
* Qualification in Interior Architecture / Interior Design
* 5–10 years' experience in practice (childcare, education, workplace, or health experience an advantage)
* Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/3D visualisation
* Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands.
