Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all internal and external finishes, managing handover sequencing.
* Coordinate final trade schedules including plastering, painting, cabinetry, and flooring.
* Conduct detailed snagging lists and drive strict defect-rectification protocols.
* Enforce site-wide safety compliance, housekeeping, and OHS standards.
* Liaise directly with client inspectors and Project Managers for final sign-offs.
What You'll Bring
* Proven track record as a Finishing Supervisor, Foreman, or Snagging Specialist.
* Strong eye for detail across high-end commercial or residential finishes.
* Exceptional subcontractor management skills to drive final handovers on schedule.
* Thorough knowledge of local WA building codes and quality assurance standards.
* Relevant trade qualification (carpentry or internal linings preferred) and White Card.
