The Watermark Aggregation is a 6,000 Ha (~4,400Ha cropping) property located near to Curlewis, 30km south of Gunnedah, 70km northwest of Quirindi, and 80km west of Tamworth. It is a diversified enterprise focusing on mixed cropping and grazing.

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Farm Hand to join the Faulkner Farming team at The Watermark Aggregation. This is a hands-on role supporting mixed cropping and grazing, with responsibility for operating and maintaining agricultural machinery, completing seasonal tasks, and contributing to the care and monitoring of livestock and farm infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day farm activities from sowing to harvest and the safe and reliable operation of machinery and equipment through effective servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Operating and maintaining farm machinery for planting, harvesting and general operations
* Overseeing daily machinery use and maintaining service and maintenance records
* Accurate record-keeping of chemical use, inventory, and compliance documentation
* Livestock, pasture, fencing and water infrastructure management (as required)
* General farm maintenance and improvement works
* Supporting safe work practices and compliance standards
* Providing guidance and on-the-job mentoring to General Farm Hands
About You
You're practical, reliable, and take pride in running a tidy, efficient operation. You enjoy leadership on the ground and want to be part of a professional, well-resourced farming business.
Ideally, You Will Have
* Proven experience as a Senior Farm Hand or similar role
* Practical experience in machinery operation and maintenance skills
* Sound understanding of farm safety and compliance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good record-keeping and organisational skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to mentor others
