About the Role We are looking for a Farmhand for our client to support day-to-day farm operations in Toowoomba. You will work on a horticultural and cropping research site, assisting with farm tasks and supporting the delivery of high-quality research trials across QLD and northern NSW. Location: Toowoomba QLD Employment: Contract until 30 September 2026 (extension possible) Hours: Full-time, 36.25 per week Pay Rate: $43.52 incl. casual loading Start: Immediate Essential Requirement: Mandatory minimum HR licence Roles & Responsibilities Support daily farm operations such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop care Operate and maintain tractors, harvesters, planters, and GPS-equipped machinery Assist with research trials, following instructions and quality standards Carry out routine equipment, site, and facility maintenance Ensure a safe working environment in line with WHS requirements About You Practical, motivated, and reliable with experience in agriculture, farming, or horticulture Confident operating farm machinery and specialist equipment Holds a valid HR licence (mandatory) Works independently and collaboratively What’s On Offer Competitive pay rate Contribute to innovative agricultural research Flexible, supportive work environment About RWM Group RWM Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
