Early Childhood Educator - Leadership Role

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with our experienced team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality educational programs, providing guidance and support to your colleagues and contributing to the overall success of our centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement evidence-based educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
* Lead and mentor a team of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective service.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying.
* Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
* A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
