About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced legal practitioner seeking a role with purpose, complexity, and impact?

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is building a pool of high-calibre Solicitors to join our Commercial Crime and Confiscations (CCC) team. As a member of the CCC team, you will lead and manage matters involving fraud, cybercrime, corruption, and confiscations—critical areas that uphold the integrity of South Australia’s justice system. You will act on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions in both civil and criminal jurisdictions, with scope to carry a general criminal practice of overflow prosecutions, alongside a substantive civil file load.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your advanced legal expertise in a high-performing team, where your work will directly contribute to protecting public assets and ensuring accountability. The role demands strong advocacy, strategic thinking, and an understanding of proceeds of crime legislation, equity, and civil procedure. We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time options, to support work-life balance while enabling you to make a meaningful contribution to public justice.
