We are currently seeking a passionate and community-minded Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Levande Mernda in Victoria .
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at Levande Mernda —perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful difference every day in a supportive and people-focused environment.
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will champion the health, wellbeing and connectedness of our residents. You’ll work closely with residents and their families, as well as internal and external partners, to support individual wellness goals and facilitate access to tailored services such as Home Care, health education, social activities, and aged care planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents in developing and reviewing personalised Wellbeing Plans.
* Connect residents with appropriate services, including home care, aged care, and community health resources.
* Partner with the Resident Social Committee to deliver monthly activity calendars and community events.
* Assist new residents during their transition into village life, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Maintain accurate wellbeing and emergency information using Levande’s systems and processes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.
About You
You are warm, organised, and people-focused, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. You thrive in a role where building trust, promoting independence, and supporting wellbeing outcomes are central.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in customer service or wellbeing coordination (e.g., retirement living, aged care, community services, hospitality or health sectors).
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
* A genuine interest in supporting older Australians to live their best lives.
