We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary VCE Health and Human Development educator to join our Secondary Girls' School in 2026 on a part time basis at a .2 load.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver VCE Health and Human Development instruction
* Develop and implement differentiated teaching programs to meet the needs of diverse learners keeping mental wellbeing and human development at the forefront
* Work collaboratively with faculty colleagues to support quality teaching and curriculum innovation
* Monitor, assess, and report on student learning and progress
* Foster a respectful, supportive, and aspirational classroom culture
About You:
* Proven success teaching Health and Human Development at the secondary level - VCE.
* Strong content knowledge and understanding of current best practice in Secondary Health and Human Development teaching methods
* Effective classroom management and a relational approach to student engagement
* Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with staff and contribute to faculty goals
* Current VIT registration
* A commitment to child safety and an understanding of the Child Safe Standards
