The Role
We're after a skilled baker who loves what they do. You will be hands on with everything from dough to decorating cakes. If you are creative, love working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making every item look and taste amazing, we would love to hear from you.
A Day in Your Life at Patiala Bakers
* Rolling up your sleeves and mixing, kneading, and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes. We encourage creativity, so feel free to try out new ideas.
* Keeping an eye on the oven and making sure everything comes out golden, delicious, and Instagram-worthy.
* Getting artistic with cake decoration (yes, you can bring your flair and style to the table).
* Pitching in to keep the bakery spotless, because we all know that a tidy space makes everything better.
* Helping us stay organized by managing ingredients and making sure we are always stocked up.
* Following food safety standards to keep everything clean, safe, and top quality for our customers.
Who You Are
* You have got at least 3 years of baking experience under your belt and know how to handle a busy bakery.
* You are proud of your work and have a sharp eye for detail every loaf, pastry, and cake is your masterpiece.
* Early mornings? No problem, You are ready to rise and shine with the rest of the team.
* You love trying new things and experimenting in the kitchen, baking is your passion.
* You know the ins and outs of food safety and hygiene, and you are serious about keeping everything to standard.
