The Role
We're on the lookout for an energetic, people-focused team member to join our front counter sales crew. This is a fast-paced, interactive, and tech-driven role with loads of variety each day.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product enquiries, parts interpretation, and general support. Sales experience is great, but we value attitude and aptitude most — if you're eager to learn and love helping people, we can teach the rest.
You'll be representing leading brands across outdoor power equipment, and working alongside our workshop and parts teams to make sure everything flows smoothly. The work is varied, fast-paced, and tech-enabled, with a big focus on getting things done right and keeping customers happy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised, and being part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers across counter, phone, and online channels
* Interpret parts and product needs (we'll train you)
* Sell a range of high-quality equipment and accessories
* Respond to enquiries and quotes efficiently and professionally
* Operate POS and inventory systems with accuracy
* Communicate with workshop and warehouse teams to keep things flowing
* Keep the counter and showroom clean, tidy, and welcoming
* Thrive in a fast-moving environment with varied daily tasks
