* Maintain comprehensive documentation and repositories to uphold transparency, version control and traceability of operational models.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, support adoption of analytics capabilities, and enable business outcomes.
* Demonstrate behaviours that promote respect, equity, diversity and inclusion, aligned with the Code of Conduct and corporate policies.

About You

* Demonstrated experience in a data engineering, software engineering or similar role focused on operationalising data processes.
* Proven experience with Python and SQL, including developing and optimising scripts and queries.
* Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in distributed computing environments.
* Strong experience with Azure cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Secrets).
* Experience developing monitoring, logging and alerting for production systems.
* Strong systems‑thinking approach to ensuring reliability, consistency and performance.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex data workflow issues.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Ability to translate analytical requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Desirable

* Experience with orchestration tools such as Databricks Workflows or Airflow.
