Early Childhood Centre Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Centre Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education to children.
* The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience leading and managing an Early Learning Centre is required.

* Managing budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise centre performance.

* Demonstrating attention to detail in keeping accurate records and evaluating programs.
* Guiding processes and systems within the centre, adhering to the ECA Code of Ethics.
* Oversseeing day-to-day centre operations, enrolments, and resource management.
* Driving continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
* Supporting professional development and mentoring team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, Valid Employee Working with Children Check, and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
