We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our national billing team, comprising two other Billing Specialists and under the supervision of the firm's Manager of Billing and Practice Management Systems. You will be working alongside passionate professionals who are dedicated to supporting each other in a friendly and professional culture.
The Job
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our business growth by preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, reviewing and verifying billing data, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining and updating billing records and client information.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, with excellent attention to detail, proficient in Excel, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
* Review and verify billing data, ensuring compliance with firm policies and client service level agreements.
* Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries regarding invoices.
* Maintain and update billing records and client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Previous experience using Aderant Expert software;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Proficient in Excel; and
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
